Shipping policy

Order Processing times: Orders are processed within 1-2 days. Orders placed before 12pm(central) will be processed the next day. During seasonal times, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping destination and time: We currently ship within the United States with plans to expand our shipping destinations in the near future. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days depending upon the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Shipping costs: Orders with a total value of $100 or more will receive Free Shipping. Orders under $100 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order. We currently offer USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority.

Delivery and Pickup: Unfortunately we do not offer delivery or pick up at this time.

Returns/ Exchanges/ Cancellations: Full refunds are offered for regular priced merchandise returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All original tags must be attached; All returned items will be inspected and approved in ordered to be eligible for a refund. Exchanges are not offered at this time. The best way to get the item you prefer, is to return the original for a refund and then order the preferred product in its place.

If you would like to make a change or cancellation to your order, please contact us directly so we can make the requested changes. If your order ships out before changes can be made, please return the items, unused for a refund.
